This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Maisonora, operated by DNL DIGITAL LLC.
Maisonora sells digital products (such as e-books and digital guides) delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped, so no physical return is ever required.
2. Refund Request Period
Customers must contact our customer support team within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

3. Eligible Refund Reasons

Maisonora may request additional information reasonably necessary to review a refund request.
